Refund Policy

What can be reviewed

Returns are available for qualifying new, unused merchandise, including a preference change or a mistaken selection. We also review products that are defective, damaged, mis-shipped, incomplete, or materially inconsistent with their description. Exchange requests are welcomed when approval and stock allow.

Starting within 30 days

The request must be opened within 30 days after the order is delivered. Send the order number, purchase email, explanation, and any useful photos or video to azuwabowiyuk93@gmail.com. Statutory protections that apply to the purchase are not excluded.

Authorized mailed returns

Do not mail a product until the request is approved and the correct destination and instructions are confirmed. The parcel includes a free prepaid return label; ask us for assistance if it was not received. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Outcome of the review

An approved refund is processed or initiated back to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank or card provider can take additional time to display it. Approved exchanges are completed according to current inventory.
