Responsible access

Visitors must use the storefront for lawful purposes and must not disrupt, copy, or misuse its systems or protected content. We work to keep descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurate, while minor display or clerical differences may occur.

Purchase formation

An order submission proposes a purchase and is not final until accepted following review and payment authorization. Checkout shows Canadian-dollar amounts, applicable taxes, delivery charges, and the address supplied by the customer. Processing and shipping estimates apply separately.

After-sale options

The Refund Policy covers qualifying unused non-defective returns as well as defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed products. Exchanges may be approved when inventory permits. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

Changes and questions
