Preparing your purchase

We begin handling a paid Skullcandy order after authorization and normally complete that work in 1–2 business days. Once the parcel leaves the store, expected travel time is 4–6 business days, excluding weekends and relevant holidays.

Addresses and tracking

Customers should provide a complete, accurate delivery address. When the carrier supplies tracking, scan timing and route changes may affect when updates appear, so an estimated arrival date is not a guaranteed appointment.

If delivery does not look right

Email azuwabowiyuk93@gmail.com with the order and tracking numbers if a parcel is delayed, arrives damaged, cannot be found, or shows a delivery scan without receipt. We will use the available shipment information to review the issue.
